How does the AI match programs to my profile?
Our recommendation engine analyzes your academic background, budget, preferred destinations, language scores, and career goals against our program database. It weights eligibility and fit to surface the best matches. We are actively building our dataset with real partner institutions to make these matches increasingly accurate.
Is Study Abroad Network free to use?
Yes — completely free, forever, for students. Browsing programs, using the AI matcher, and comparing institutions cost nothing. We do not and will not charge students for search or basic matching. Our revenue model is B2B: partner institutions and agents pay for leads and CRM tools.
How accurate is the tuition and deadline information?
We are transparent: our program data is still being built and verified. We gather information from public university sources and are actively partnering with institutions to get official, up-to-date data. If you spot an outdated figure, please let us know and we will correct it. Always confirm critical deadlines directly with the institution before applying.
Can you help with my visa application?
We provide country-specific document checklists and timeline planners as general guidance. We do not file applications on your behalf, and we are not a substitute for licensed immigration advisers. For full representation, we recommend consulting a regulated immigration professional in your destination country.
Do you work with universities directly?
As of July 2026, we are actively onboarding our first university partners. Progress: 0 signed, 10 in discussion. Rather than claiming thousands of partnerships we do not have, we are starting focused: one destination, one program tier, and a small number of real institutional relationships. If you represent a university or agency and would like to partner, we would love to hear from you.
What happens if I am not admitted to my matched programs?
We do not yet have enough tracked application outcomes to publish a success rate — and we will not invent one. Our goal is to give you the best possible shortlist and application guidance. If you are not admitted, you can refine your search and try again for the next intake at no cost.
How do you protect my personal data?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold to third parties. You can request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support@studyabroad.network. Read our full Privacy Policy at /privacy. We are GDPR-compliant.
What is your refund policy?
Since the student platform is completely free, there are no fees to refund. If you ever pay for a future premium service, full terms and any applicable refund policy will be clearly stated before purchase.
